After about 100 years we re-discovered this beautiful hawkmoth in Queensland. It was first found in the beginning of last century at Kuranda, North Queensland and have not been seen since (despite a lot of searching), not until ultimo March 2015, when we finally managed to find some eggs and larvae in the northern end of the Daintree rainforest.
